Officials from the Sports Park Raceway have announced that the popular dirt oval in fabulous Fort Dodge, Iowa, will continue to host fast and furious racing programs on Friday nights, along with several special events penciled in throughout the season.

The track will continue to host Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series action featuring USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and USRA Tuners.

A highlight of the 2022 racing season, the Sports Park Raceway welcomes the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series (SLMR) on Friday, July 29, along with all five of the track's regular weekly classes.

A practice date will open the season on Friday, April 15, and Friday, April 29, will be the regular season opener with the season finale taking place Friday, Sept. 23.

Along the way, the Iowa ATV Hare Scramble Series has at least two races planned including a date yet to be announced including the GBC Heartland Challenge—a ten-hour ATV and four-hour UTV/SXS endurance off-road cross-country racing event. More information can be found at iatvhss.com.
